We supply laboratory equipment, glassware, consumables, and safety products to research facilities, educational institutions, and private labs. Pricing is determined by your account tier and order volume. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice.
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, ACH, and purchase orders from qualified institutions. Net-30 terms available for approved lab accounts. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge.
Unopened catalog items may be returned within 30 days for a refund less a restocking fee. Custom-sourced, calibrated, or special-order items are non-returnable. Our liability for damaged shipments is limited to replacement of the product or the invoice value, whichever is less. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events beyond our control.
